SEVEN-TIME

SIGNS WORLDWIDE ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT |

Music has signed a worldwide agreement with seven-time GRAMMY
Award-winning songwriter and recording artist, Dave Grohl. As part
of the agreement, Warner/Chappell will administer worldwide
publishing rights for the first four records by Grohl’s Foo
Fighters, including the band’s classic self-titled debut, the
double-platinum The Colour and the Shape, and the GRAMMY
Award-winning million-plus-selling albums There Is Nothing Left to
Lose and One By One. Warner/Chappell Music will also administer
Grohl’s interest in some of Nirvana's best-known works.
In
making the announcement, Scott Francis, President, Warner/Chappell

is a special songwriter, musician, live performer and recording

MANE SIGNS WORLDWIDE ADMINISTRATION DEAL |

Warner/Chappell
Music has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Atlanta-based
Warner Bros. Records/Asylum recording artist, Gucci Mane.
Warner/Chappell Music will administer a majority of Gucci Mane’s
catalog of work, his recently-released second studio album, The
State vs. Radric Davis, as well as his future
compositions.
Released on December 8, 2009, The State vs.
Radric Davis debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Rap Album chart, No. 2
on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No. 10 on The Billboard
200.
The first single from the album, “Wasted” (featuring
Plies and OJ Da Juiceman) reached No. 3 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop

CO-PUBLISHING AGREEMENT

Music has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with two-time
GRAMMY Award-winning singer/songwriter Jakob Dylan, one of the
founding members of The Wallflowers. As part of the agreement,
Warner/Chappell will co-publish Dylan’s interest in compositions
from The Wallflowers, including the group’s eponymous 1992 debut
album, its critically-acclaimed and four-time Platinum certified
sophomore album, Bringing Down the Horse, as well as the
Gold-certified album (Breach) and Red Letter Days. The agreement
also includes Dylan’s 2008 debut solo album, Seeing Things, his
upcoming sophomore solo album, Women and Country, and all of his
future compositions.

Music signed a new, worldwide co-publishing agreement with
Christofer Drew, an emerging 19-year old modern Indie Pop singer and
songwriter who is known professionally as Never Shout Never. As part
of the agreement, Warner/Chappell will co-publish his catalog of
work including his recently-released debut solo album, What is Love?
as well as future works. Since its January 26th release date, the
album has reached No. 2 on Billboard’s Rock and Alternative Albums
charts as well as No. 6 on the Digital Albums charts. With
cumulative single and album sales of more than 700,000 copies in the
United States according to Nielsen SoundScan, Never Shout Never has
come a long way since the earlier days when he first found stardom
after featuring his music and videos to MySpace Music. Since then he

Music expanded its worldwide agreement with GRAMMY Award-winning
performer and songwriter Don Henley, a founding member of the
Eagles. As part of the agreement, Warner/Chappell will now
administer worldwide publishing rights to Henley’s share of all
Eagles albums, marking the first time that a major music publisher
will administer Henley’s shares of the group’s catalog in the U.S.
